From our daily-made fresh sweet sauce to all of our fresh-cut vegetables, we take pride in our cooking-from-scratch style kitchen.

Mr. Luigi and his family created Paisans in Cicero, IL over 25 years ago. Today it's still owned and operated by the family. In 1990 Paisans opened its second location in Brookfield and has since expanded even further to accommodate our growing customer base.
We have created a catering division to serve larger groups. Whether it be a birthday, graduation, holiday, or corporate gathering, all parties are sure to be delighted with our excellent service, fine food, and reasonable fares.
Still, we have maintained our Mom and Pop charm. Many of our customers are on a first name basis with us, gracing us with the opportunity to be a part of many, many family celebrations.
