1985: Humble Beginnings

In 1985, Luigi, an Italian immigrant, opened the first Paisans Pizzeria in Cicero, Illinois. Utilizing a household kitchen oven in a small corner store, Luigi set the foundation for what would become a beloved pizzeria.

Late 1980s: Family Joins

By the late 1980s, Luigi's son, Pete, joined the business. Operations were simple, with hand-written orders and clothespins, reflecting their humble yet dedicated approach.

2000s: The Next Generation

Pete involves his sons in the business, mentoring them in every aspect—design, development, and daily operations. Together, they innovate and elevate the Paisans concept.

Present Day

Today, Paisans Pizzeria continues to thrive, maintaining its commitment to quality and community. The pizzeria has grown from its humble beginnings to a well-loved establishment, known for its delicious offerings and friendly service.
